Bunker Distillery has two production sites. The main site (not a public site) is located in Spring Grove, NSW within the Northern Rivers area, the second site (public cellar door) is Located in Grafton, NSW. Both sites located in Northern NSW Australia.

Absolutely yes! We are committed to sustainability. From eco friendly packaging to responsible sourcing of ingredients, Bunker strives to reduce the environmental impact. We also support local farmers by giving any suitable left over ingredients to farmers for animal feed.
Very soon!! Exciting news – Bunker Distillery Australia is opening a cellar door / unique bar experience in 2026. Tours will soon be available at the Grafton site located within Grafton Brew House Precinct. Our spirits are crafted with a meticulous process that includes selecting high quality ingredients, fermenting, distilling and in some cases aging. Each step is carefully managed to ensure the highest quality products are produced.
We are an Australian, small batch distillery producing a range of Award winning products including Gin, Agave Spirit, Vodka, Whisky and Rum. In addition to crafting full bottle spirits, Bunker also produces a premix gin cocktail- ready to drink in a can.
