INGREDIENTS

  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 45ml Rosella Hibiscus Gin
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • Soda water to finish
  • Ice cubes

METHOD

  • Step 1

    Muddle the strawberries and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.

  • Step 2

    Shake hard for 10-15 seconds before straining into a chilled lowball glass with ice. 

  • Step 3

    Pour in soda water.

  • Step 4

    Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel. Serve immediately.
