INGREDIENTS

  • 60mL Bunker Gin
  • 30mL lime juice
  • 15ml honey
  • Passionfruit for garnish
  • Ice

METHOD

  • Step 1

    Add the gin, lime juice and honey into a shaker with ice.

  • Step 2

    Shake until well chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with passionfruit.
