INGREDIENTS

  • 1 whole lime, cut into wedges
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • 30ml Bunker Distillery Traditional Dry Gin
  • 20 fresh mint leaves
  • 180ml soda water (club soda)
  • Ice cubes

METHOD

  • Step 1

    In a highball glass, muddle the lime wedges, some of the mint and simple syrup.

  • Step 2

     Fill with ice cubes and pour in the dry gin.

  • Step 3

    Pour in soda water add remaining mint and stir. 

  • Step 4

    Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel. Serve immediately.
