Dry Basil Smash cocktail, crafted with Bunker Distillery's Zesty Bear Gin. Refreshing citrus notes, fresh basil and a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients
- Bunker Traditional Dry Gin 60ml
- Fresh lemon juice 15ml
- Simple syrup 15ml
- 12 Fresh Basil leaves

Method
Step 1
Chill Linear Glass. In a shaker, add 12 basil leaves, Bunker Traditional Dry Gin and lemon juice.
Step 2Muddle ingredients together and place in a shaker. Add ice and shake to combine.
Step 3Strain into Linear glass. Garnish with Basil leaf. Enjoy!
